I placed a same day order with proflower this past march. I just want buyers to beware before placing an order with them.
I place 1 order and they process two. I never authorized two orders. Since the same flowers with the same messages were delivered, there was nothing that could be done. I called proflowers customer service and they said that i placed two when I never did.
It shamefull that proflower is doing this to their customer. It was my first and last time ordering from them so before you order from them make sure that you call them first not to be billed twice.
Monetary Loss: $69.
