They could not deliver the flowers I ordered for my daughter on the Valentine's Day even though they guaranteed it. They refunded only the delivery charges. Would not use them again, recommend to use others.

Apparently mums are a replacement for ROSES! I am certain they have been ripping me off for over 10 yrs! I will NEVER use this co. again!!

I scheduled a delivery of 2 dozen roses with chocolates to be delivered to my mothers house for Mothers Day 2016. I never gave instruction for the package to go through a side gate and be placed at the side door, but apparently it was. When I called ProFlowers initially to inquire about no delivery, I spoke to Earl who did not speak English well because he is far off in the Philippines. When he said that it could be redelivered on Tuesday would that be okay, I said no absolutely not it was intended for Mothers Day. I asked for a manager or supervisor, and he promptly said no one is available. I asked who is in charge, he said hold on and put me on hold for a long time. I then found out that the package was received at the side gate of which no instruction were given. I called Fed Ex and they are going to track what happened. Lousy customer service who do not work in the U.S. and have no clue what I am talking about. I have used this company in the past many times but this was ridiculous. I am going to find another flower company for our next special occasion or just go to the flower shop and avoid the fees.

Yesterday I tried to order a $29 bouquet but abandoned my shopping cart because the $20 same day delivery fee did not show up until the last page of the checkout. Then Proflowers sent me an email with a 10% off coupon and a free vase, so I placed an order this morning. The coupon code did not work from the link but I proceeded with my order since I was sending the flowers to someone getting out of the hospital. That was at 8:30 this morning, and then this afternoon at 2:30PM I get an email notification that my order will be delayed a day even though I paid for same day shipping. I even ordered the Florist Design Bouquet to ensure ease of delivery, but even this did not help. This whole experience was like a bait and switch. Nothing that was promised was delivered.

NON DELIVERY by Proflowers and Blumex

I ordered flowers from Proflowers.com on Thursday March 12th for delivery on Saturday March 14th in Toronto (I'm in LA.) In spite of hours on the phone to Proflowers, their affiliate Blumex in Toronto, and with the Concierge at the hotel where the flowers were to be delivered, NO FLOWERS WERE EVER DELIVERED. In fact, in spite of the fact that the hotel's Concierge told me that no flowers were delivered, Proflowers and Blumex refuse to make good on AN IMPORTANT BUSINESS RELATED CLIENT DELIVERY from a person connected with and sent on behalf of CBS Productions. (At this point I would rather not name names but will do so in the future.)

Order Cancelled at Last Minute | ProFlowers review from Los Angeles, California

I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement a week before Mother's Day to be delivered the Saturday before Mother's Day. I received a email message that my order was picked up by FedEx. Late Saturday, the day my order was supposed to be delivered, I received an email stating that my order would not be delivered due to an inventory issue. What's going on here? Either explanation is not acceptable. If there was an true inventory issue, they could have let me know earlier so I could make alternate arrangements. How could FedEx receive the order and not deliver? Yes, I'm pissed off

Don't Trust ProFlowers!!!

I just order flower for mother day. I had heard of a promo on TV for 19.99. I thought why not. So I placed my order and before I confirm my order it said my subtotal was 19.99 after I confirmed my order it said my total was 53.95. I immediately call customer service because I was sure there had to be a mistake. When they took my call I was told that I had to pay 12.99 for delivery and an extra 14.99 for delivering on Sunday. I ask them to cancel my order and they refused and proceeded to tell me that all the information is given before I confirm my order. I told her that was untrue and it is ridiculous that they wont cancel my order. Then I was told that I am not allowed to yell at her and she was going to hang up. I could not believe this BS first of all am not yelling at her I had my sleeping baby next to me at the time. I told her I am just complaining because of there misleading advertising and again she said all the information was given before I ordered. So I hung up on her and went back to the website and went thru all the steps to place an order. Again it said subtotal 19.99 then it ask you to confirm the orde.Don't wast your time and money with proflower they are dishonest. You are better off going with Edible Arrangements they are upfront with there prices and they are willing to fix any problem so that you continue to be one of there customers.

I wanted to send a beautiful arrangement of roses to my aunt for her bday. I went with this company based on price, picture of rosé arrangement and delivery...although my aunt was happy with her gift which came in a box and she had to arrange...I'm upset because his information was not disclosed. Not to mention she sent me a picture of the flowers she got...I was immediately upset n embarrassed...false advertising and definitely not worth the 75 dollars it cost me. I should have just sent her the money so she could spend it on something worth it. Next time I'm calling a local flower shop in the area instead...so disappointed

Picked a selection from the free shipping page. Made my selection and then proceeded through the many step checkout process only to find that there WERE shipping charges, taxes and handling.

Got fed up and proceeded to another site - fromyouflowers.com. No tax, no handling charges just a $14.99 shipping charge.

A vase is INCLUDED. A much better deal in the long run.

A very sad Valentines Day | ProFlowers review from Los Angeles, California

My husband is not romantic at all but he but he made an effort and ordered $100+ tulip arrangement with a red vase, teddy, and chocolates. The flowers arrived wilted and although I immediately put them in water they never perked up ( 15 hrs in water) It takes less than 10 min to walk into a flower shop and order beautiful flowers. Husbands and boyfriends, please take those 10 min because if you are unromantic the rest of the year then Valentines flowers mean a world of happiness.I keep saying its the thought that counts but Pro flowers, you really suck!!
