Worse experience ever with proflowers, they did not deliver my Mother's Day flowers at all 5-8-2016 yesterday. Then They email today to tell me that they didn't do there job. Then I have to talk to 3 different people about my order & they still did nothing to make it right . Then the added hidden fees and a rush charge on my order. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. To top it all off they tried to cancel my previous order so they wouldn't have to correct there error. Then thy tell me that I can't get my refund til they deliver the flowers from Sunday on Thursday. They also added hidden fees on my second order from the same day of April 21 , 2016 ..They are trying to charge me a rush fee because they are no good at their jobs. This will be the last time I ever buy from proflowers. They just lost a 10 year customer.

I ordered a lush bouquet of irises and tulips for my daughter's first mothers day , I even paid extra to get the "lush " premium bouquet. The bouquet she got was anything but . The tulips are all drooped over and the irises haven' even bloomed yet . I cannot believe they sent such a *** flower arrangement out even. Next time I will order from a " real " florist who puts the arrangement together and delivers it / I have filed a complaint with pro flowers themselves and hopefully they will send my daughter some roses or something else to make up for the *** they sent her . i AM ALSO GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND IF NEEDED STOP PAYMENT ON THE FLOWERS SHE ALREADY GOT BECAUSE I AM SO PISSED OFF/

Ordered flower arrangement for my anniversary as i was on travel. I ordered on Friday for Sunday delivery and paided additional to get the sunday delivery. Pro flowers took the order and sent a confirmation on the delivery date. Comes my anniversary and then they send an email stating they can not deliver and please pick a new date. No option to cancel. No appology. No discount. Then *** me I pick the next day and I get a new email stating I changed the request date as if it was my idea. As others complained, the surprise you at check out with extra fees, charge for expediting and then send nothing. They ruined by anniversary.

I ordered ProFlowers online, and got ripped off for 4 years by something in the small print called EZ saver to the tune of $14.95 hidden on my credit card every month. They don't make it obvious that you are signing up for it, it's a single small line on your credit card, and if you call them and try to get it cancelled, or removed from your car, they do nothing but argue about it, saying that you signed up for it. It took over an hour to get it cancelled (we think), and that was by going through our credit card, and then THEY got the company on line. I hate deceptive practices, and will NEVER use this company again!

I contacted Proflowers which transfer me over to Proflowers Express(since I wanted same day delivery). They Proflowers asked me if I wanted all day delivery or am delivery which would come with a charge, I stated am delivery by 1p. Pacfic standard time. I come back to check my email @ 3:15p for confirmation, there is no confirmation order and the flowers haven't been delivered! This is BOGUS. I asked Proflowers to contact the delivery truck and the delivery guy cannot give me a time when flowers will be deliver for my cousin's birthday. I called back and after being transfer again and placed on hold for over 1/2 hour, Manager says truck will have it there by 4:30p. This is *** and never again will I go to Proflowers for anything. Now you just let the floral looked messed up and I'll be back with another phone call! Trust me everyone go somewhere else anywhere but here

Ordered a bouquet of tulips for Sat. delivery (for Mother's Day). My mom contacted me today that the Flowers arrived dead and wilted. How freaking embarrassing!!! They issued a refund but this is just unacceptable. I will only deal with a local florist from now on. Do not be deceived. They charge you for everything and then some. A 19.99 or 29.99 deal quickly skyrockets to $50-60++! My "deal" started out at $29.99 but ended up totalling $66.00. Can you say false advertising!?! Don't make the same mistake. What a ripoff for dead flowers!! This company needs to be shut down.

Wow, really? It wasn't the money as much as the fact that I was ripped off.

I'm sorry that not everyone has $66 to waste on sending DEAD (not dying) flowers to their mom. Why don't they just advertise the "real" price of the flowers as $56 + additional Saturday shipping rates instead of using bait and switch tactics.

The more you add to the deal the more that you have to pay. The fact that you are complaining about how much you have to pay shows that you don't love your mother that much.

The flowers dying part I can understand complaining about but being charged more because you wanted more added to the deal?

Your mother brought you into this world and you complain about how much you have to pay. I am sure if she saw this review she would be hurt and disappointed.
