Wife’s birthday flowers never arrived

I ordered a two dozen roses for my wife, at 700 pm the day of arrival I called to inquire. They assured me on their way, then called at 8,9 pm respectvly all the while talking to support from India and every call taking 20 minutes due to language barrier I canceled then they tried to charge me for flowers on the next day what an Auful experience. From now on I go local no more big box flowers I had a similar experience with 1-800 flowers terrible

Ordered flowers on the 10th, delivery date was 13th, No show 13th, on 14th stayed home all day waiting finally about 5:30 I called the customer service number.wich was answered by a lady who talked very fast with a foreign accent.she offered me a coupon I told her I wanted to cancel order.She said coupon, I said no she said wait I hung up after phone was silent for about 10 minutes

Got first bouquet of roses and with 5 days 90% were wilted and not going to open. Called to complain about the gift and they sent another one out. The second shipment was worse. I followed all directions to the letter and 3 days later they still wilted and only a few will ever bloom. Would never use Pro Flowers again.

ProFlowers - Failed to deliver on Valentines day

Ordered roses on Feb 11 to be delivered Feb 14 to wife at her work. All over website it says get flowers on Valentines day.

Did checkout and got to see all the fees that are not advertised more than doubling the advertised price. Part of fee is "Guaranteed Delivery on Valentines Day." I paid it. On Valentines day I received an alert that ProFlowers handed the package to a UPS processing center 300 MILES AWAY. Expected delivery date is Feb 15.

My nice romantic gesture to my wife is now a stress and disappointment experience. I mean I ordered "Valentines Day Flowers," NOT "day after" flowers. I called their toll free (800-580-****) many times. All options to talk to someone immediately hangs up.

That means they know they screwed people over and are not taking calls because they are in hiding. DO NOT order from this company.

I want to let as many people know in the hopes of putting ProFlowers out of business. That's the capitalist way, the bad companies like PRoFlowers should go out of business for failing their customers.

WOW what a mistake i called 4 times and tried to talk to 4 different people, but could not understand anyone except for the last one a little, and she had no clue what was their company policy. I used to use pro flowers a lot, but never again . They have gone to *** so sad !

I first want to say... I will NEVER use you people ever again! First, or was to be delivered Thursday, but it preselected for Friday. I called. It was to be delivered before noon on Friday, but wasn’t. Then, the flowers was to have a blue and gold vase that I chose as seen on the website and my receipt. Instead, it was delivered with NO vase! My daughter had to find one of her own vases, a glass red one! The so called flowers that was delivered looked NOTHING like what the sensors shows. The flowers delivered are half of what is shown on the website and what I supposedly ordered, and near dead looking. Thanks SO much for ruining this delivery! My daughter had just miscarried and that is why I was sending flowers. To brighten her day a little. Pro Flowers ruined that for me! And for my daughter! The company should be ashamed!

Couldn’t deliver for Grandma’s Christmas!

I placed an online order for ProFlowers to deliver to my Grandma. I selected the date of Sunday, December 23, so she could get them after church. Everything was fine, they charged my credit card and sent an order confirmation. I answer the phone 10am Local time there, and they say sorry, unfortunately none of our Florist are able to make that delivery today. I’m sorry. He wasn’t even going to offer a refund, I asked for it and luckily found a company local who wouldn’t let my Grandma down. I told the new florist what happened, and he knew it was ProFlowers.com. Don’t use ProFlowers.com for anything. I’ve since read the reviews, terrible.

Ordered flower for girlfriends birthday scheduled delivery birthday. delivery day comes and goes. No flowers. no email with problem. Next day email saying delivery that day. Day comes & day goes. Next day, I get email saying delivery that day. By then I had enough called and then after call email with still un-happy results They said package got damage original delivery day and they sent out new order to be delivery for two day later. Why wasn't someone telling me problems and then since not my fault why not Overnight-ed to fix problem. They say sorry we'll refund shipping cost only. No reduction in flowers, no reduction in there handling fee, no discount on future order. & from call and email I sent no one care for my business.

Bad experience with Proflowers company

I recently placed an order with Proflowers to send a mother's gift that is supposed to be received by may 13. When I didn't receive a phone call from the person i've sent the gift to, I got upset. I went to proflowers website and it said the gift will be delivered on may 14. I finally got a hold of proflowers and they said they deliver it today. They didn't make sure the gift was actually deliver it to the person i wanted to receive it. THEY HAD LEFT ON THE DOORSTEP, LEAVING IT TO BE STOLEN BY ANYONE WHO CAN SEE IT!!!! What kind of person does that??? Don't order any gift from this company unless you like to be ripped off.

Hello, Please note I have never written a response concerning services rendered or not rendered. However, my treatment by your company and lack of concern prompt this review. I called monday May 7th for guarantee Mothers day delievery on Wednesday May 9th. I wanted to ensure my mother would recieve her flowers. There was no delievery on Wednesday or Thursday, so I called Proflowers on Friday. I spoke to a representative at Proflowers who told me the flowers could be delievered on Turesday May 15th. I was totally surprise and upset! I did my part by contacting what I considered a reputable company and was totally disappointed with the customer service response. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he would not transfer me. Eventually, I ask for a refund and at this point hope to recieve it. Feel free to respond. abeckford@***.net

I placed and order well in advance and the pkg was damaged by the carrier and could not be delivered today. I called ur #800 and was told there wasn't any way to resend the order by Mothers Day. I find it very unsatisfactory that I had to pay full price and my gift is still not going to arrive in time. Why is it that I can go to ur website right now and get the order there by Mother's Day but y'all can't provide that to me, it's not my fault y'all entrusted ur products to a careless carrier. Flowers that arrived yesterday were terribly wilted and slimy like they have been in the box for days! They were sent as Mother’s Day gifts to my mom and mother-in-law. Totally disappointing & embarrassing! The flowers sent were nothing like the ones pictured online & in advertisements — both lacking in quality and quantity! Sadly, I won’t be ordering from them again, & won’t be recommending their service to anyone.

A bouquet of dead flowers

I arrived home at 4 pm to a box of flowers for Mother’s Day - flowers inside were wet and dead except for three, The three drooped 3 hours later despite water, cutting the ends and the flower food. Pro flowers used UPS for delivery, no controlled environment - no guarantee flowers stayed at correct temperature to preserve flowers until delivery.

I asked that refund be sent to my son but the remaining issue is what the company is doing to assure this never happens again- let me guess- nothing. I will never encourage anyone to use them again and I’m posting on Facebook- Profliwers has a known issue around poor quality and their choice is to do nothing. The problems for this company go far beyond the dock zen dead fliers u just threw away 4 hours after they arrived...

they will never have my business and I will tell every person I know about this experience. I se nothing being done to improve and therefore respond accordingly.
