I want to tell everyone about a wonderful costumer service experience I had today. I ordered a bouquet for my mother-in-law's 87th birthday.
It was due to arrive yesterday. The Fed-Ex ticket said that it did but she never saw it and was home all day. When I called to inquire Virginia at Proflowers was very professional-genuinely sympathetic and after discussing with her supervisor arranged for there sister company to deliver a comparable arrangement which they upgraded and delivered to her door in less than 3 hours. They sent follow-up emails and were in all VERY impressive.
they took responsibility for what was probably a FedEx mistake and fixed it as well or better than I could have expected!
Kudos to ProFlowers! you've got a customer for life!
