I want to tell everyone about a wonderful costumer service experience I had today. I ordered a bouquet for my mother-in-law's 87th birthday.

It was due to arrive yesterday. The Fed-Ex ticket said that it did but she never saw it and was home all day. When I called to inquire Virginia at Proflowers was very professional-genuinely sympathetic and after discussing with her supervisor arranged for there sister company to deliver a comparable arrangement which they upgraded and delivered to her door in less than 3 hours. They sent follow-up emails and were in all VERY impressive.

they took responsibility for what was probably a FedEx mistake and fixed it as well or better than I could have expected!

Kudos to ProFlowers! you've got a customer for life!

I would like to tell you all about Barbara. Who not only helped me one, but twice, on the same order.

She was awesome. Passionate. Obviously loves her job, and is good at it..

The most helpful.Very upbeat. and very knowledgeable.
