Ordered what in the picture looked like a great arrangement for partner for Valentine's Day. What was delivered was a joke; a bunch of closed buds that never opened.
I also contacted ProFlowers about this, and never got a response. It's embarassing and humiliating to use an online service for something as important as this and then have it backfire on you. I hope everyone will look elsewhere for there online floral needs.
I know that as of right now I will certainly not use ProFlowers again, and I hope that others won't also. A word to the wise should suffice.
