I called the 800 line to ask why I have not received and EMail from Proflowers. I have used Proflowers for a number of years.The last time I placed a order was in Feb this year.

The service agent (salesman) said he could activate my account but it would take a few hours or days to receive E Mail from Proflowers. Three days later; and no EMail from the company. What is with these people ? Is PROflowers going out of business?

Do they not want to service their past customers? I thought Proflowers was a good company now they seem to have problems with their Sales staff.

Monetary Loss: $150.
