I received beautiful flowers from ProFlowers but no card. I know who they are from but want to know what was said on the card.
I called customer care and spoke with Angelu, after many attempts for clarification I asked to speak with someone in the US. I was informed that I could not be transferred to the United States. I again asked a supervisor to transfer me to the United States and he (Jack) advised that he could not transfer me. I found another number to call while speaking with Jack and advised I would try that phone number.
When I called the second number I spoke with Felix and he helped me without any issue.
Please consider better training as my frustration level was through the roof until speaking with Felix. Have a good day.
