I place an order of flowers and vase one week in advance "my address verify" for my wife's birthday. They day of my wife birthday "today" they "TOTALLY MESS UP" they delivery to wrong address.
When I called them they told me that their company policy is that they can only give a refund or re-delivery they day after....will not order from order here again because this is the second time this happen...couple years ago they mess up for mother's day similar situation....II thought they will get better "Nothing change"..."very bad business practice".... False promises on their websites and commercials.
