I heard on DC101's Elliot in the Morning for a promotion with Proflowers to get Roses for $19.99 for Mother's day. You go to the website and enter Elliot into the Passcode box and you'll get $20 roses. When you start the ordering process they will show...Read more
Don't bother with paying for next day AND extra for morning delivery unless you have 45 minutes to WASTE on the phone while they follow up with whatever florist they are using and frustrate the heck out of you. The customer service rep first. 1. Requested confirm...Read more
My boyfriend decided he was going to surprise me at work (which he never does) with roses on Valentines day. When the flowers arrived at my office I was so surprised and excited. That surprise and excitement turned into complete disappointment. Not only did I have to...Read more
I was actually EARLY this year for planning my wife's flowers for Valentines Day and made a Proflowers order 10 days prior to V-Day. I took off work on V-Day and was home when the flowers arrived. Much to my dismay, I didn't receive any "flowers" but a bunch...Read more

I tried to order the Succulent Garden plant, but when I was ready to pay, I received: "Oops... the item you selected is temporarily unavailable. But we've got other perfect gifts that are in stock and ready to ship!" Hmmm, I decided to move the delivery date out a...Read more
My daughter has sent me flowers several times before from Proflowers and I have to say, they were great. The flowers she sent me this Mother's day were simply awful. Tthis was not a pretty arrangement by any measure. Some of the flowers never did open and one...Read more
ProFlowers in Washington, District Of Columbia - Mothers day
They took my money and didn't deliver 100 flowers that I ordered. Maybe 25 flowers if I lucky. Will tell EVERYONE never to buy from this rip off company. They should be put on the list of worst companies and I am embarrassed that this is an American company. Shame on you for ripping people off of their hard earned money. None of my friends or their friends and their friends will ever buy from this company. I will even call the radio station that I heard this on and tell them to cancel the advertisment and tell them what they have done to people.
ProFlowers in Washington, District Of Columbia - Dead flowers...did not last even one day.
For past 3 years my daughter has sent me proflowers and the quality has been horrible. Flowers nearly dead, roses with petals falling off, drooping filler flowers. This time my husband was home and they were dropped at the door with out ringing door bell. The vase is always cheap and color does not match flowers. I did not want to tell my daughter as I wanted her to feel good about sending roses to me on this special occasion.....this time, I felt enough is enough. Hope she does not waste her money next year. Walmart would be better.
ProFlowers shipping charges are a joke
So i just ordered a boquet of flowers for my mom for mothers day. Carefully select the one I think she will like and proceed to checkout. Added a personalized card so toal is up to 37.95$. Then an option comes up for delivery time am or pm no where does it say anything about an upcharge for this so I select Am since she is usually home in the mornings. So Im still thinking 37.95$ for this plus possibly 10 or 15 bucks for delivery. I enter all the info on the site as needed and cc info. Hit the continue button expecting to go to a charge review screen. Nope it charges my card and gives me a receipt total comes to 73.91 WHAT!!!! so I review it and look over it 12.99 delivery ok seems fair. Morning delivery 14.99 complete and utter *** again no warning or anything when selecting this option. guaranteed delivery 4.99 WHAT!!!! why am i paying for guaranteed delivery isnt the 15 bucks for morning delivery enough to guarantee it? 2.99 care and handeling WTF shouldnt this be in the shipping charge? Im Irate right now this is totally rediculous so what I figured around 50$ is 25$ higher and no chance to even review the charges before submitting this is a joke. I call customer service more like customer I dont want to deal with you and am told nothing can be done on it. Im hoping the flowers arive on time and are in pristine condition. Im going to look into the legality of charging you without allowing you to review charges and I guarantee if it is not legal Im going to find a hungry lawyer and take these assclowns down. Again this is completely a joke the way they run a buisness.
Do you have something to say about ProFlowers? What happened? What can we help you with?
