I am no longer doing business with Proflowers, the online flower/bouquet delivery service. The discount I was suppose to receive was never computed into the final total.

Although the order pages kept reporting, 'discount computed on final page'. Or similar verbiage. Evidently the business hopes that you will not recognize the non-discount on the screen-packed final order page.

Additionally, this company does not include either shipping or 'handling' costs until the final check-out screen.

One should determine that the final cost will be about twice of the initial quoted price.

I also believe that the usual three dollar 'handling' charge is excessive. Future Proflower messages will now automatically drop into my email spam folder.
