My Mothers Day flowers last year looked like they had been run over by a truck! I called to complain and have my son, who lives across the country, get a refund.
The request was denied and said they would issue a credit only if they received the complaint from him (the sender). Would you want to tell your son that his Mothers Day flowers looked like ***!? Lousy flowers . .
. Lousy customer service. It's a shame when these flower delivery services make promises for beautiful arrangements and then they deliver something that they certainly would not give to their loved ones themselves.
I will never send gifts for special occassions from Pro Flowers but a gift of sweets through Amazon's many vendors. With Amazon, if you are not totally satisfied with a product they will happily make it right.
