I ordered flowers on Aug. 2, 2018.

1 to be sent to Reno, Nev. 1 to be sent to Portland, Ore. Used 2 different credit cards. Charged twice for flowers sent to Reno.

Called 4 times to correct. they refused to correct. The order to Portland was $66.41 To Reno was $45.96. They said both orders were correct and refused to acknowledge the order to Portland.

At first few calls they said they would refund the second charge of $45.96 and then they refused. Could only talk to someone in South America. Sad, I will NEVER use Proflowers again. Tried to explain to girl in South America, but she said there was never a charge for $66.41.

Told her I had credit statement in front of me and paid $66.41 for flowers, 8-2-18, to Portland on Citibank Credit card. Won't comment about her, but wow.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Convenience of ordering flowers on line, Never again, Prior service.

I didn't like: Customer service, Refusal to acknowledge their mistake.
