This is a blatant rip off. My husband and I sent flowers to our mothers and our grandmother on mothers day. We ordered the flowers from Proflowers.com. We noticed a strange debit from our account so we called them. It is easysaverrewards.com. We did not sign up for this nor have they done anything for us, except take 14.95 a month for the past 9 months. So we contact easy saver and talk to "jen" She is going to be so kind and give us only half our money back. We just caught this but looked back and see that since May 29 , 2007 they have been taking money for a service we did not authorize, nor receive anything from. This is a scam and I for one want to spread the word about this company. The fact that Proflowers is associated with this kind of practice is very upsetting considering I have ordered from them for years without any problems. I contacted Proflowers and they did nothing but tell me that we signed up for it. Now why would we sign up for something that takes money but does nothing in return???Beyond me. Just be warned when dealing with Proflowers. Found their (easysaverrewards.com) website and this is what they state
"Now you can enjoy dining out at your favorite restaurant, being pampered at a destination spa,
saving on redecorating your home. Savvy shoppers nationwide are turning to EasySaver Rewards
for savings on leading brand name products, gifts and services from top retailers." Nine months of this service, that we did NOT sign up for and we have received nothing but a bill. Thank you Proflowers for this wonderful gift. (Encore Marketing) Customer Service
