My husband ordered me a beautiful bouquet of 2 dozen of rainbow roses from ProFlowers. I received a box from FedEx at work (no gift box as described on website) I thought I could get over the way they were delivered not knowing the worse was yet to come!

The 2 dozen of roses or shall I said broken rose buds with smashed leaves were no rounder than a coffee mug. I had to assemble them myself (also not mentioned on website) in which didn't even fill the vase!

I was SO embarrassed in front of my co-workers as they laughed and joked "it's the thought that counts" I thanked my husband BUT told him to NEVER ORDER FROM PRO FLOWERS AGAIN! He understood once he saw the flowers!
