Wish I would have listened to everyone with the low 1 star ratings.. Today is Valentines Day, I ordered flowers for my wife 2 weeks ago with a guaranteed deliver date of 02/14/19 (today).

All was good this morning, on track to deliver, then at 9:30, the tracking number shows the flowers just departed from Illinois (I am in Minneapolis). Needless to say, they aren't going to make it... To top it off, I had to call customer service 3 times in order to get a refund. First attempt I was hung up on and told I had no order in the system as the call center was not able to understand my order details or how to as the correct questions in order to get the details.

Attempt 2 I was refunded only the amount of the flowers and left with a charge for shipping, guaranteed delivery and handling.

Attempt 3, I was refunded the rest of the amount.

Next year I will be going elsewhere.. what a bad experience!
