On May 06, 2015 I order flowers for my mom since Mother's Day was approaching. On Mother's Day turns out that no flowers where delivered, when I called to confront them about it they said that some situation had accured that supposedly someone got into the account and tried to edit the order. Witch is completely ridicules because no one ever called. The gentlemen said he would cancel the order and I'll patiently had to wait 5-7 business days to get my money back. Turns out it's been a month and still haven't recieved my payment. This is completely unprofessional. Never ordering from this place ever again. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.

I mean to make one mistake is forgivable but to commit a second one... well, that is simply unforgivable!?! ...and the customer service is so bad and non-existent that I am surprised I was able to keep my composure because the options to either give me a refund or to have the flowers and gift sent on the following business day Monday the 16th... I mean, seriously?!? ...can you even call those realistic options when the whole point of paying you an arm and a leg to have this bouquet and gift delivered on a timely manner because it happens to be for a specific occasion that just so happens every f#%€>@& year on the 14th of February aka ‪#‎ValentinesDay‬ ?!?!?!? Is it just me or have they failed to realize that Valentine's Day already came and gone and the options they gave me are not only unfair and unjust but downright insulting! The right thing to do at this point would be to offer me a full refund for the major screw-up that just transpired over the weekend and further offer me a credit equal to what I spent for this past order for Valentine's Day and be able to use it for a future occasion of my choosing... Now, that is what I call "Reputation Damage Control" but apparently they either think they are too big of a company for one person to affect them negatively or they are just too ignorant and confident that people will forget and will continue to do business with them... I went into their Facebook page and there alone were at least over eighty five complaints that came pouring in this past weekend for people being unhappy with either the way they handled their order or the quality and bad condition the product(s) arrived in! Because I care about doing the right thing and for others not to be in this predicament and most importantly, for a company this large to take accountability for their mistakes and stop taking advantage of everyone and treating everyone unjustly and unfairly, I will continue to spread the word and make sure that everyone knows how they conduct business and how bad their customer service is until there is a positive change, but until then... My voice will be heard!

I want to tell everyone about a wonderful costumer service experience I had today. I ordered a bouquet for my mother-in-law's 87th birthday. It was due to arrive yesterday. The Fed-Ex ticket said that it did but she never saw it and was home all day. When I called to inquire Virginia at Proflowers was very professional-genuinely sympathetic and after discussing with her supervisor arranged for there sister company to deliver a comparable arrangement which they upgraded and delivered to her door in less than 3 hours. They sent follow-up emails and were in all VERY impressive. they took responsibility for what was probably a FedEx mistake and fixed it as well or better than I could have expected! Kudos to ProFlowers! you've got a customer for life!

Ordered a plant basket with a card and a teddy bear for a friend who is literally on his last days in the hospital. Proflowers delivered what looked like a small basket of yard clippings to his room, no card, no bear. Recipient didn't know who sent the basket fortunately. Called Proflowers and they offered to make it right and give me $15.00 off my next order (who would order from them again?) They did send a corrected order, 7 days later. You only get an opportunity to get this right once and ProFlowers blew it. Will not use this company in the future...

$72.00 for $29.99 Bouquet | ProFlowers review from Miami, Florida

Ordered a $29.99 bouquet and got charged $71.63. I tried to cancel my order and the lady told me, "We had so many complaints for the $19.99 Mother's Day delivery fee, that we made a policy that no orders can be changed or modified after May 4th." I made my order 3 hours ago and they wouldn't refund me. Nowhere in the checkout did they give me a $72.00 total. Now I'm broke and haven't even bought my own mother a gift yet. This was for my Mother-in-Law. I will never use this site again.

They said I was getting a deal for a Valentine's Day special $19.99. Cut the flower cost and threw in a free clear glass vase, sounds good. Instead they charged me a additional $100.00 on care, shipping and handling.What bs!I was supposed to be charged $74.00 and edned with a $173.00 bill!I also noticed that they offer to charge you additional 15 dollars if you want it guaranteed shipping. WHAT!?!But i just paid out of my *** for what I got?Dont trust their scam !I am displeased with the end results and how they try and trick you with their site.

these creeps advertise a flower arrangement for X dollars & then AFTER the entire ordering process & AFTER CHECK OUT they send you an email adding shipping fee, care & handling AND "guaranteed delivery date" will be an EXTRA $30.00!!! Nowhere in the ordering process did they state anything about all these charges - I expected there might be a delivery fee but not AFTER all was said & done. If that weren't enough then the bastards don't allow you to make any changes to the order! And it gets better - you can't CANCEL the order either! I'm taking it up with my CC company in the morning.
