The tulips that I ordered were already losing petals when I got them from the UPS man. As you know when tulips lose petals, there is nothing left.
The leaves were also all torn up like they had been terribly mishandled. Why did I pay good money for this mess?! I do not think I will ever use pro flowers again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to not use you either.
I would appreciate a full refund from you, but I will be surprised if I I get one.
Any reputable company would never send flowers in the shape that these were in.
I am so disappointed... And you should be really ashamed.
