Ordered flowers for my mother for Mother's Day to be delivered on the Thursday before. I knew my mom would be out of town on Sunday they gave me a window of Thursday and friday to deliver.
Sunday she left at3 am and she still hadn't received them. They told me they would resend only thing they would do. but Mother's Day is over I paid a premium price to make sure they were delivered. I have contacted them multiple times they hust keep saying we understand that is unacceptable.
Nothing about a refund or anything like that. Poor,poor,poor customer service
