On Feb. 5 I placed the order for delivery on Valentine's Day.

Paid extra for delivery before noon. As of 2 p.m., they hadn't been delivered, and gf has now left for the day, so no flowers for her. My bad, I suppose, because I didn't check internet to discovery the avalanche of complaints about this company's awful service. How can this company remain in business?

*** "customer support" phone operators just read from usual script: "I'm so sorry you're having a bad experience...." A couple tried to blame the weather, but their own "tracking" report says the flowers are on a truck in Brooklyn, and streets are entirely clear in Brooklyn.

Product or Service Mentioned: Proflowers Delivery Service.

Monetary Loss: $79.

Same with me, I should have checked also, but doesn't help make a bad day better nor get our money back.
