We ordered flowers on 02/13/13 and we were promised they would be delivered on Valentine's Day. They were never delivered although we called twice and both times the agent said to give it another hour.

At the end of the day all the customer service agent could say was that he was sorry they wouldn't be delivered after all. He was very matter of fact, like it was not a problem for him and it happened all the time. He did say there would be a refund but we have not seen it yet.

Unfortunately, there was no time to order from another company and get flowers delivered on Valentine's Day. This company should not make promises it cannot keep and it should be more sympathetic and genuine when something goes wrong.
