The flowers I ordered came in a BOX, yes box, and the recipient had to put together herself!! So much for the excitement of receiving flowers at work.
Also the flowers were dead and she had to pick out the petals and leaves that were so dead, they had holes in them. 2 thumbs down for Proflowers. After these flowers were delivered, the recipient asked me why I used ProFlowers because she has also had a bad experience with them in the past. She had sent flowers to a funeral home and it got delivered to the wrong place and it did not even make it on time.
The flower business is a referral and word-of-mouth type of business. Proflowers needs to get their act together or will lose more customers.
1800flowers is more expensive, but I've used them many times and have always been satisfied. On time delivery and beautiful flowers as what is advertised.
Monetary Loss: $56.
