I ordered flowers back in 2010 and neglected to read that I was going to be charged monthly 12.97 a month for my one order. So I have been charged that amount for almost two years now.

Partly my fault for not seeing that on my statement. I am appalled and disgusted by my neglect and pro flowers taking advantage of consumers by offering the so called "Free Shipping". I will post and tell everyone I know of this so that it doesn't happen to them. I will never order flowers on line from any company again!

They should be ashamed of themselves! Apparently I am not the only person that has been taken in by this.

ok...be smart and call your bank and have the put a freeze on those charges duh
