Ordered flowers for funeral on Thursday May 5th, was given and paid for a Friday May 6th delivery date. The driver called and said we didn't include an address, THEY CALLED US WHILE STANDING IN FRONT OF THE ADDRESS!!! Not sure how you could show up to the delivery address and then say we didn't include one.

When we called them back they were all excuses, said it was because they were busy with Mothers Day (2 full days away!), but all of a sudden they found the address? WTF?! She asked if I wanted a refund, actually what I wanted was flowers for a funeral but since they failed at their job then of course we will take the monies owed us for flowers never received. What a joke! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

UNDEPENDABLE. USELESS. LIARS. UNRELIABLE. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.
