I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet of a dozen roses. The flowers arrived, anemic, dying, and with several broken stems.
This is the second time I have used them and the second time I've been disappointed. Shame on me for trying them again. FTD has done a much better job. When I contacted customer service, all they offered was a replacement bouquet at an equal or lesser value.
I would much rather have had my $50 back. They also offered a return customer discount. They can take that discount and shove it.
Stay away from Proflowers at all costs! You will thank me later.
