Ordered the tulips for Mother's Day and the flowers arrived in box upside down which caused several blooms and stems to be broken. Flowers were obviously without water for quite some time as half a dozen + flowers had started to turn brown. Don't waste your money on Groupon because Pro Flowers charges you more on standard delivery when you use Groupon. I was highly disappointed in the quality of the flowers and will not recommend or order from Pro Flowers in the future. Pro Flowers bombed on their first impression! Wish I would've read some of these reviews before ordering and saved my money for better quality flowers.

Don't use ProFlowers

My wife just got the flowers I sent for our sons to her for mother's day - and they were dead, broken, wilted - completely ruined her mother's day. None of the flowers were in the water, and now she has to clean up the mess the flowers left all over her floor. She lives in California and I live in Virginia, so its not like I can go to the store and get her fresh flowers. That is what I thought I was buying from ProFlowers, but I sure was wrong. It won't happen again - she told me next time just give her a gift card. Thanks ProFlowers for screwing up.

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. This company is a *** sham! They promised $25 gorgeous arrangement but when it came to checkout there were many hidden fees and unnecessary charges. You can "get a shipping refund" by using freeshipping.com but when you sign up for your rebate it takes "3-6 weeks" to process your refund and in that time you'll be deducted their sites fee. Proflowers is RIDDLED with complications and they are an incredibly gimicky site! -10 out of 10!

In a word...HORRIBLE. I ordered a plant to be delivered on 11-11-2015. I placed the order late in the day on 11-10-2015 and it was for a funeral the next day. Well I received a call late the next day saying they couldn't deliver to the funeral and could they deliver to the home instead. I said that was fine but I would need to call back and give them the address. I called at least 4 times and was shuffled around from one dept to another. Finally we got that resolved and I assumed the plant would be delivered within the next day or two. Well I find out today 11-16-2015 that the plant was never delivered and it was my family member that informed me. No call from Proflowers, no email, nothing. So I attempt to call them to find out what was happening...first call went through and then it was a blank line, second call same thing, third call someone picks up and I can hear people in the background but no one ever picks up the phone to talk to me, finally I get through and they said that the first shop didn't deliver to the address and the second didn't have it in stock. All of this is forgivable if they would just have informed me. They did give me a 25 percent discount and then refunded my money but I still have no plant delivered for the funeral.

I have a terrible experience I ordered 2 sets of flowers for mothers day delivery one was to go to Illinois the other to California somehow they ended up sending both of the flowers to Illinois they had the correct address for the California delivery but somehow I want to send it through ups put the state of Illinois and the zip code where the other one was supposed to go when I called to complain about it which they still had two days to deliver the flowers were they should be they told me they couldn't deliver by then they could only deliver a promise by Monday after a half hour of talking to what they call the customer service rep I had to insist on a refund on the flowers when they could have very well to send out another batch image I got there by mothers day do not use his company

Bought my wife pro-flowers on the 2-13-13 for Valentine she received it at the office the next day Feb 14th and she loved every bit of the surprise. I believe most people here giving a lot of negative comments here,maybe doing it just to ruin pro-flowers.Some story maybe true.Pro flowers should look into their complains and address them one by one.So people maybe looking for compensation or just want ruin pro-flowers who is their competitor.I maybe be wrong they may be genuine complains from costumers.Pro flowers did a good job for me a bit pricey dough
