Update: I received an email stating I would receive a full refund in the next 7 days. I still DO NOT recommend this company EVER.

I will hopefully get my money back sooner. I ordered from a local florist in my moms area instead.

I placed an order with this HORRIBLE company on Friday 5/10/19 for a Saturday delivery. The recipient NEVER got the flowers and I did not receive an email or anything.

I called the customer service number and was on hold for OVER an hour. Only to get someone who spoke broken English and did not help. The flowers were for mother's day because my mom would not be home on Sunday to receive them. The representative stated they would be delivered MONDAY..


They charged me all these fees and I did not get my said service. DO NOT ORDER from this HORRENDOUS COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
