Ordered flowers with guarantee delivery on valentines day for a friend who lost her husband. The website has false information and advertisement.

They take all my information including phone number. Not one call to say they couldn't deliver. When I called they said they have to change the flowers and couldn't deliver for another 2 days. WTF.

I would've used another company. I had to work late but got my own flowers and delivered them personally. Now I have to wait 5-7 buisness days for the money back. Also, kept me on hold 35minutes for a "supervisor " they said they would send free flowers to her only to wait 18 minutes on hold to be told they couldn't actually send them.

I think they hoped I would just hang up.

Never again. Should've read the reviews before I ordered.
