I purchased a Groupon for ProFlowers for $20 but it stated it was a $40 value. It tried to expire less than 60 days after the purchase but I called to order over the phone instead.

Online ordering was not very clear in the way of costs and it said my coupon expired July 1st but the day wasn't over! They decided it wasn't expired, when talking to the foreign outsourced rep, but kept wanting to charge my credit card for a ridiculous vase, outrageous shipping AND "care and handling". After arguing, they decided my charges could be part of the $40 value not the $20 paid originally. They still charged over $8 for shipping (original quote over $12) plus $3 for care and handling.

I wonder if they have a fee to check the flowers for aphids too!Never again!!
