Could not deliver flowers to a FUNERAL on time | ProFlowers review from Yorkville, Illinois

We received an email from one of my boss's colleagues that his three year old grandson had recently passed away. Unfortunately, my boss would be out of the country for the funeral so we ordered flowers from proflowers.com to be delivered to the funeral. On the day AFTER the young boy's funeral proflowers called to tell me that the flowers could not be delivered. Proflowers assures that flowers will be delivered on time. If the flowers were not going to arrive on time we should have been contacted prior to the delivery date so that we could make other arrangements. Proflowers not only makes my boss look bad, their terrible services also reflects poorly on myself. These were not just flowers for someone's birthday they were a way to express our sympathy with a family who lost a young boy. We are very disappointed and will not be using proflowers.com again.

My fiance sent flowers from Proflowers.com today for my birthday at my work.He paid for a vase and I didnt receive a vase in my box with the pretty tulips. I was shocked to not have a vase! Even more upset when I found out how rude customer service was to him when he called. We have always orderd flowers from Proflowers aa d after today,needlees to we will no longer be custmers. I also had a bad experience ,I ordered flowers for my daughter for Mothers day this year,2016, they were supposed to be delivered on Saturday, came 2 days late and were Dead,I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS

Horrible Experience! I was ordering a set of flowers for Valentine's Day for my Mother in law and Mother. First off, my order went through without me authorizing it. I was still putting an order together when I received a thank u email. Second, I called Proflowers and was on hold for 20 minutes to be told that I need to call my bank, then they told me that there was no info on my order. I gave them the email and order # I received from them. She then hung up on me because she didn't know how to fix what happened. I was charged $23 extra for each set of flowers ... For shipping. Then I had to pay for a case to come with the flowers. I will NEVER order from Proflowers again. They are dishonest and scammers!

I have both sent and received floral arrangements from ProFlowers.com. Not once have the delivered flowers been in good condition. After the fourth experience of flowers in this condition I decided to ask friends if they had any similar experiences. ALL HAD! In every case ProFlowers graciously apologized and offered to send a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacements arrived in the same dead-like condition. This issue was not location specific. The floral arrangements were delivered in Arizona, Florida, Illinois, and Indiana. This makes me wonder if the local florists choose the worst flowers in the shop to send, so that you call then directly for any future orders. I have since switched to ordering online fruit arrangements. Each fruit arrangement has arrived punctually and in excellent condition.

Flower doesn't look the same as advertised | ProFlowers review from Chicago, Illinois

I was sending flowers to one my friend's 60s birthday. She thanks me by sending a picture of the flower that she received. It made me feel so embarrassed. The flowers arrangement was terrible and was much less flowers than they showed on the picture. I won't mind the flowers less but at least they made it looks nice. Obviously, the worker that they hired didn't look like professional or have any taste. Simply put whole brunch of flowers together. I won't order from this place anymore and I won't recommend this place to anybody. You are wasting your money.

Order didn't arrive as expected, flowers were wilted and were not as full as the picture. Called and spoke with someone who told me the flowers always arrived in bud form, so the arrangement may not look as full. Also, the a flowers do not come prearranged, you must assemble the arrangement, which does make sense because how are you going to ship a prearranged item? This is not a local florist this is a company with warehouses that ship straight to your door. The reps won't be able to figure out exactly what happened because they work at a call center. Anyways, I was upset yes. The good news is that their reps were very sympathetic and offered to replace my item to a deluxe version with free chocolates. The second time around everything looked great. As a future recommendation, don't call expecting to know who or why your order arrived dead. The reps don't know those details, they are there to service and place orders. Also I found that it helps to call in a good mood, if you call cranky your just setting the mood to a negative setting and the rep starts counting the minutes until you shut up or hang up the phone. Trust me, it goes much smoother if you both seek to understand each other and remember that there are people at the end of your line. Last tip, the flowers do come with a 7 day freshness/100% satisfaction guaranteed so don't wait to call, a replacement order takes at least a full day to process so if your expecting it as a gift, I would find a substitute/get a refund instead. All in all, I think their reps do try hard to right the wrong and that the company does care about it's customers but the reps could use a little more experience. Still, I would definitely recommend. Especially given how nice they were to me even after I yelled at them...
