What started out to be a 19.99 "special" for Mothers Day, turned into a 68.00 Charge on my Credit Card. When I called to cancel the order-(about half hour after the transaction), Felecia at ProFlowers stated that she could not cancel order.
I stated that I was "double" charged for shipping, she stated 'yes' we charge standard shipping 14.99 and also since it's Mothers Day we charge 14.99 for Sunday delivery. When I stated I just don't want them, she said hold on, then came back to phone and said I'ts "Peak Season", we cannot cancel your order / nor refund your money.
Yes, I'm Pissed.
I REALLY HATE DISEPTIVE TACTICS. WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO ORDER FROM ONLINE PROFLOWERS.
