My flowers arrived 24 hours late. If my husband hadn't told me to expect them, I would have assumed he forgot our anniversary.

When they arrived, I can tell at some point they were beautiful roses. But after spending the night in the FedEx warehouse and who knows where else along the way, they look battered and ragged. ProFlowers is a do-it-yourself type of company, don't expect your final product to look like the photos they advertise. Everything is shipped in a box and you have to assemble it yourself.

There are no local florists taking the order and walking in with a beautiful arrangement. So if you want to make a good impression by sending flowers, DON'T USE PROFLOWERS.
