Found out today the Valentine's day flowers I ordered for delivery today won't be delivered till tomorrow! When I called to complain they tried to tell me they tried to email me and phone me to let me know.

No trace of a phone call and nothing in my spam email. Then she tried to tell me it was my fault and I ordered them too late!

Nice try Proflowers...you are terrible.

Don't EVER use them or any other online flower service, be smart and use your local florist. Pro Flowers is a joke and their customer service representatives are terrible!
