Sent same bouquet to mom & mom-in-law. They arrived Friday and when I called each today to wish them Happy Mother's Day, they confided that most of the roses were dead on arrival or dead and wilted now...
after only 2 days. Now they have both received *** gifts and wife is unhappy that I spent all that money for dead flowers. Proflowers rep says there is not much they can do about it other than a refund, or send out more of same. If I get a refund, I still have to send more flowers or something to make it right, and its belated at best.
If I ask for replacement... am I jeopardizing my future risking that???
