I ordered flowers from Proflowers for my mother to be delivered on Mother's Day. Instead, I received an email (not even a phone call) stating that due to an inventory issue my order was cancelled.

Had Proflowers called me, I would have known to find a substitute for my mother. I was never charged but it left my mother disappointed and me looking like a forgetful son. I will never let Proflowers represent me again. I thought Proflowers was a legitimate and reputable company.

I was wrong.

There are many other professional flower companies on the net to chose from. Stay away from Proflowers!

Product or Service Mentioned: Proflowers Flowers.

Monetary Loss: $45.

So they notified you of the problem and did not charge you because there was a problem. Sounds pretty reputable to me.
