If I could give negative stars I would. Week before Mother's Day, ordered flowers for my MIL who was feeling down.

Cost was double the promoted price but placed order anyways. Received notification from UPS on Wednesday that package was damaged, called and was told that Pro Flowers could not deliver ANYTHING till Tuesday after Mother's Day. After 1 hour on the phone with Pro Flowers customer service, we were issued a refund and told we would get an email about replacement flowers. Email arrived, we responded quickly and then was told that delivery would be Thursday.

Received notification on Tuesday that flowers were delivered, called MIL only to find out nothing was delivered. 2 phone calls later(hung up on once when asked for supervisor), told that notification was from damaged flowers being returned to Pro Flowers.

Do yourself a favor and don't use this company.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

I didn't like: Customer service was awful, Customer service was difficult.
