Flowers delivered a date late,paid for same day delivery, did not issue refund of extra fees, issued gift cert that require you call and order directly over phone, Will never use again.

Ordered roses for wife and daughter for this Mother's Day at appx. 1:00 pm

received email stating they were delivered ad 1:15 pm (impossible)after numerous phone call and emails I am yet informed that the florist states that they were delivered. My credit card was charged appx. $200.00 for the roses which $60.00 was for delivery charges.My first phone call was disconnected and no one called back after taking all my information, I had to wait until 1 am before I could talk with a live person again(Torin) he has said he will call me back when the florist opens in the morning,we will see.
