I ordered a small bouquet for my daughter's 20th birthday since it was the 1st year I would not be with her (2/12). They DID NOT deliver, never called or emailed me but instead I found out from my daughter.

I called to locate the delivery and request a refund AND flowers to be delivered the next day (2/13). I paid $60 dollars and was told they could not be delivered until 2/15 (obviously bc of Valentine's which is not my problem/mistake) and I expressed that they already missed her Birthday- NOT ACCEPTABLE! They refused to send what I ordered and refund. If I wanted flowers the next day I would have to pay with no guarantee of its delivery AGAIN.

SO mad and disappointed I used this company and cancelled immediately. Horrible customer service - robotic responses, would not speak to management to accommodate and ultimately ruined the joy of sending flowers to my daughter...

no stars and I will be sure to let everyone I know not to use this company!! :(
