I TRIED UNSUCESSFULLY TO ORDER FLOWERS FOR MY WIFE FOR VALENTINES DAY.I have used this site before with no problems,after three attempts and seeing the price jump by $30. i cancelled and tried again the next day,this time when i put in my address the message came up no such place! we have lived here for 2 yrs and get deliveries from the major, carriers every month,today i tried again and had problems so i tried calling and was trying to give information to someone who could barely speak english,after repeating the answers multiple times i cancelled and hung up.Im sorry that they have become too difficult to deal with i will be using a local florest!

ProFlowers in New York, New York - Really Bad Service!

My husband ordered flowers for his daughter's birthday to be delivered on Saturday, December 26. Her birthday was December 27. They were not delivered, and when he called, they told him they would be delivered on Sunday, December 27. They were NOT. They then promised Monday, but by that time he was disgusted and cancelled the order. Today, I received flowers from him for my birthday (which he ordered when he ordered his daughter's). The flowers are exactly one week early (birthday is Jan. 5). These people cannot seem to get it right.

I ordered flowers for a family members wake to be delivered at 4pm they were delivered at 10:22am, they some how disappeared.Proflowers did not follow my instructions I was embarrassed will never ever use this company again. Do not advise anyone else to. The funeral Director signed for them at 10:22am and told me for 106.00 that your telling me you paid for they weren't worth $25.00, I have used this company before for out of my state wakes I don't even know now if those arraignments even looked like the ones I ordered. I will never order or suggest this company to anyone ever again. I have never been so embarrassed as I was FRIDAY evening in front of our family searching for flowers during a time of grieving for a one night viewing. I HAVE READ OTHER COMPLAINTS AND ONLY ONE WAS RESOLVED OUT OF OVER 975 complaints..... NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL BE TAKUNG THIS FURTHER...

ProFlowers in Central Square, New York - Unethical business practices

Hidden fees more than double the cost of their product. I order flowers that cost $21.99. The amount charged to me was $55.00. Conveniently, there is no way to see the final charge until the order is processed and you are sent an e-mail confirmation. If you give the company an opportunity to remedy this, you find they dont' have a remedy. So, I will spend every moment I can warning people about their unethical business practices. As far as my own satisfaction, I'm comfortable knowing the owner can explain how all this is legal behind the gates of ***. Enjoy the heat!

ProFlowers in Levittown, New York - Delivery Fees for Mothers Day

The advertisements I receive from this company are really deceptive. I love getting advertisements in my email saying that flowers are 20% off or whatever. They suck you in with the promise of low prices. Then when you are checking out on the website they tack on a standard delivery fee, care & handling and weekend standard delivery fees. I had to buy three of the same type of arrangement so you would think that @ 23.99 the total cost would be around 90. The delivery charges and tax were more then the flowers. The flowers cost me 71.97 and the rest cost me 72.54 for a grand total of 144.51. I'm not saying that something like a flower can be shipped well in advance. I'm just saying why can;t they put the standard delivery costs in the advertisement. If I was aware of the actual cost, disregarding tax, I would probably have picked flowers up at the grocery store. Why can't they include standard delivery in the quoted price and not when I've already made up my mind. Never ordering from this company ever, ever, ever again!!!

Flowers were a gift to have arrived on Friday- Friday,no flowers arrived. Flowers were on UPS truck until they arrived frozen on Monday. Even unfrozen these were the cheapest smallest crummiest most pathetic flowers; they in no way resembled the website photo. Avoid this company they ship garbage flowers.

You people suck. Ordered 100 birthday blooms and from what I saw in the picture my Sis sent I'd bet there were a dozen wilted blooms out of that mess. Looked like they were pulled out of a Waste Management bin and shipped cross country on an atv. Never again and you people had my business for 15 years!

Proflowers Fraud

My order was never delivered, and I've been trying to call there for almost a week. I keep getting transferred back and forth between Proflowers and Flowerexpress, disconnected and put on hold in excess of 20 minutes at times. I've been told that I would receive a call back and have not received any contact. I've asked to speak to supervisors. These poeple shoud be ashamed of themselves treating customers like this. I spend a lot of money on gifts, but will not be spending any of it here or at any of their affiliates inthe future. Clearly they don't care about how they treat people or the fact that they are going to lose customers.

I assure you this complaint is not bogus. My credit card is willing to help me to dispute the charges, but unfortunately, it still doesn't give the flowers I ordered for my gram to receive on Valentine's Day, nor does it give me backthe time I spent on hold trying to talk to someone. I have emailed them at their customer service email, and have now begun to contact them thru Facebook to see if they will respond.

Call your credit card company and dispute all charges. This company is horrible and gets thousands of complaints. Your credit card company will help you out, they are used to dealing with Proflowers chargebacks.

What a joke - my long distance bf sent me Valentine's Day flowers and I got a bunch of limp dead and soggy flowers. What a waste of $80!!!!!!!!! They didn't include the vase he paid for either. I am so sad that this is how I will remember Valentine's Day this year. I spent the day alone and worked late and was really expecting something nice. We have ordered from them before but this experience was a total fail. I would recommend that you AVOID this e-tailer at all costs as special occasions are too precious to destroy for others!
