So embarresed, i ordered a 50.00 dollar flower arrangement that look beautiful on the website at Pro Flowers. When my mom recieved them they were almost DEAD, petals almost ALL falling off!! i can't believe how terriable they looked. Plus the Chocolate (ROCKY MOUNTAIN) was hard and gross. I will never order from Pro Flowers again.....Where ever you people get your flowers from, you def. should not get them from there anymore!How can or could any company be sending almost all dead flowers to any one any where in the first place, unreal. - Angry in Rochester Ny.

did you phone them for a replacement? They will replace, but instead off complaining here, call THEM.

Think about the holiday you are calling during. This is typical when ordering flowers on line during a big flower holiday. They will send a replacement, but you have to give them a chance to fix it.

Yeah i just got my 64 dollar bouquet and some flowers were replaced with the cheap purple things and carnations. The two large roses where replaced with Sun flowers. I have seen better looking arrangements at walmart husband got scammed

I recently purchased 2 flowers to be shipped to two different address's on may 6 to be derived on may 11 (saturday), one was for my mom and the other for my wife. my moms flower got there but, my wife's never arrived, The only reason i gave these guys a try was because, I've been working long hours and the most convenient way to get them both something and save time was shopping online big mistake proflowers has ruined mother day and put a strain on my marriage. how am i going to explain it to my wife i got my mom something and her something last minute. STAY AWAY FROM proflower they should be disappoint flowers. never shopping with them again

DO NOT USE PROFLOWERS

My mom received my order of flowers for mothers day and they were all wilted and dead. worse part was seeing her trying to bend the stems and make them look nice in order to make me happy. i have been refunded my money but its crazy that proflowers can send something so different from their pictures on the sites. "100 Blooms" of love are 25 dead stems. the fact that they also sneakily include surcharges, shipping, handling, etc and provide such a terrible product is incredible. i think they also use fake accounts to boost their social media image because their fb page is getting bombarded with people saying negative things and suspicious users posting only positives.

My name is Louis Oreamuno and I placed an order under the Confirmation I/DS VJBMAA1LFRKX. I wanted this order canceled. I placed an order with your company yesterday & when I saw what the charge was I decided to cancel this today. I was unsuccessful as the Rep told me that it was impossible to cancel orders once reached at the distribution center. Nothing is impossible so cancel this order. The sentiment on the card was not what was requested on a funeral arrangement card which and it did not make sense Also the words were cut off so half of a word was on one line and rest of the word on the next line including someones name. It was humiliating to read the card and seem *** and insensitive. It was a one day event so there was no fixing it I just had to remove the card. They acknowledged the mistake and the response was to refund me $10 or give it to me in credit towards something else. I would never use the service again

ProFlowers review in New York, New York: Awful Customer Service - completely ignored!

Horrrrrrible customer service. On Thursday morning (before 10am), I ordered flowers for same day delivery for a birthday. (I paid about $20 to get same day delivery.) Order was confirmed. At 4pm that afternoon, I had an email that they could not deliver my flowers that day. I was disappointed, but responded and said delivery the following day was fine. So ... I assumed my flowers were being delivered on Friday. Never heard anything again ... until Saturday morning, when I got a "cancelled order" email from ProFlowers saying that my order had been cancelled. What?! I responded to this email too ... but still have not heard a response. Ridiculous. Should have used a different company to start with. Will never use again, and will tell all of my friends not to use.

Proflowers Fraud

My order was never delivered, and I've been trying to call there for almost a week. I keep getting transferred back and forth between Proflowers and Flowerexpress, disconnected and put on hold in excess of 20 minutes at times. I've been told that I would receive a call back and have not received any contact. I've asked to speak to supervisors. These poeple shoud be ashamed of themselves treating customers like this. I spend a lot of money on gifts, but will not be spending any of it here or at any of their affiliates inthe future. Clearly they don't care about how they treat people or the fact that they are going to lose customers.

I assure you this complaint is not bogus. My credit card is willing to help me to dispute the charges, but unfortunately, it still doesn't give the flowers I ordered for my gram to receive on Valentine's Day, nor does it give me backthe time I spent on hold trying to talk to someone. I have emailed them at their customer service email, and have now begun to contact them thru Facebook to see if they will respond.

Call your credit card company and dispute all charges. This company is horrible and gets thousands of complaints. Your credit card company will help you out, they are used to dealing with Proflowers chargebacks.
