I ordered flowers for a family members wake to be delivered at 4pm they were delivered at 10:22am, they some how disappeared.Proflowers did not follow my instructions I was embarrassed will never ever use this company again. Do not advise anyone else to. The funeral Director signed for them at 10:22am and told me for 106.00 that your telling me you paid for they weren't worth $25.00, I have used this company before for out of my state wakes I don't even know now if those arraignments even looked like the ones I ordered. I will never order or suggest this company to anyone ever again. I have never been so embarrassed as I was FRIDAY evening in front of our family searching for flowers during a time of grieving for a one night viewing. I HAVE READ OTHER COMPLAINTS AND ONLY ONE WAS RESOLVED OUT OF OVER 975 complaints..... NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL BE TAKUNG THIS FURTHER...

ProFlowers review in Staten Island, New York: Disappointed!

I received 2 dozen roses for Mother's Day 5/7/2011 with vase. The vase was too large and too tall; most of the roses were too small. I have received flowers from Pro Flowers in the past and was satisfied. I carefully followed directions upon opening the package. This time really very very disappointed. I hope the chocolates are better! What has happened??? What can you do to reimburse my daughter? Appease me? They were sent to me M. Morey in Painted Post,NY by J.Picardi in Vienna, VA. Is the company doing anything about all the complaints?

Proflowers is ripping people off as the local flower shops they use in the buyers area.

Proflowers and their florist delivery are ripping people off. I just got 85 dollars worth of flowers that probably cost them 10 dollars. Gennarelli's florist in Binghamton, NY and Proflowers Suck!!!!!!!!I will try to hit every website I can to put a bad review in about Proflowers and Gennarelli's flower shop in Binghamton, NY as I can if it saves one person of being ripped off like I was.If yuo like to waste your hard earned cash buy from Proflowers. I have never been so embarrased in my whole life to see the flowers that where delivered. SHAME ON YOU>
