I ordered a vase of roses for my mother yesterday 2/13/13. I go to check my e-mail today and they sent me an e-mail letting me know that unfortunately they are unable to place my order for delivery on the day I requested which was 2/14/13.
They wanted me to reply with an alternate delivery date. WHAT IN THE WORLD?!? Why wasn't I informed of this yesterday before I even tried to place my order?!? I went to FTD first and they let me know that they couldn't send the flowers in advance to me on the 14th which is when I turned to ProFlowers BUT, NOW they won't be here until 2/16/13 2 FREAKING DAYS LATER!
Point blank IM PISSED!
