In February I ordered some flowers for my wife for our 4 year anniversary because I was in Afghanistan. I had known she was going to be working in the afternoon so I paid an additional $15 for the flowers to arrive by noon.
The flowers did NOT arrive by noon, they did not even arrive by 2:00. It has been since February 23! It is now October 25. I have emailed the company twice a month, and have not gotten a response yet.
I paid an additional $15 for a service that was not provided! Proflowers is the worst flower company out there.
