2 times I have ordered morning delivery. the first time they reimbursed when they failed.

Second time they had no excuse they said "sorry the florist is closed. they were ordered 7am did not arrive until 630pm. Too bad my girl does not work 7-7. I called they kept me on hold 10 min.

Lady answered immediately sent me to supervisor without even asking the problem. Supervisor was pissed haha. Unreliable company because they don't take responsibility for their product. Go local or don't go at all.

Especially if your trying to say I love your for a fight. Thx Proflowers ***
