Ordered three sets of flowers for delivery before Valentine's Day. Two orders by UPS, one residential, the other work.

Work was delivered around two, but residential according to ProFlowers was delivered at 6:48 PM and received email at 7:31PM. No one rang doorbell knocked on door, nothing. Called UPS , they said we can't do anything, call the shipper. Called the shipper (ProFloowers)- answer call UPS.

Or we can replace and deliver on the 18th. Not too GOOD for Valentines Day.

Other delivery was by FEDEX and proof of delivery was to the porch of a 92 year old Mother. Still have not got confirmation on that one.

Monetary Loss: $70.
