After overpaying for delivery, they didn't deliver on my mothers birthday, again! twice, Proflowers didn't deliver, DO NOT PATRONIZE PROFLOWERS!

Scammers and ripoffs! After contacting them asking why they didn't, they could only respond with, I've refunded your shipping fees, well, guess what? it's too late! the damage is done.

How does a company get away with such incompetence? How do they remain in business? I will never, ever, use them and I will boycott and tell family and friends not to rely on them, they overcharge and not deliver! What else can I say?

they have no sole.

You pay high dollars thinking your going to get flowers to your mother only to find out that she won't get them on her birthday. Worst of all, Proflowers doesn't even care that they didn't deliver, signed, one pissed off customer!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $69.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
