ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MY WIFE FROM PRO-FLOWERS UNDER THE PRETENSE THAT I WOULD RECIEVE A 15% DISCOUNT AT CHECKOUT. IT DID NOT HAPPEN, INSTEAD THE WEB SITE OFFERED ME AN OPTION TO CLICK FOR FREE SHIPPING, TOOK ME TO ANOTHER WEB SITE AND WANTED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE "FREE" SHIPPING.

WHEN I COMPLETED THE ORDER I NEVER RECIEVED THE 15% SAVINGS. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THAT IT SOMETIMES HAPPENS AND SHE WOULD EMAIL ME A CREDIT. I RECIEVED THE "CREDIT" EMAIL TWO DAYS LATER STATING THAT WHEN I SPEND MORE MONEY I GET 20% OFF MY NEXT PURCHASE. WHAT A JOKE!

I FIGURED I WOULD JUST NOT USE THEM AGAIN, THEN WE HAD A DEATH IN OUR EXTENDED FAMILY IN ANOTHER STATE. SO I CLICKED ON THE LINK FROM THE EMAIL TO PRO-FLOWERS AND IT TELLS ME THAT I GET 20% OFF ANY PRICES ON THE WEB SITE AT CHECKOUT. I GO THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS AGAIN AND AT CHECK OUT IT DOES NOT GIVE THE SAVINGS. SO I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TELL ME THAT IT IS BECAUSE MY ORDER WAS GOING THROUGH AN AFFILIATE OF PRO-FLOWERS, SHE WAS SORRY, NO HELP, BUT SORRY IF THAT HELPS.

I PICKED UP THE PHONE CALLED A LOCAL FLORIST SPOKE TO A REAL PERSON WHO PUT TOGETHER A WONDERFUL ARRANGEMENT THAT COST LESS AND WAS THANKFUL FOR MY BUSINESS. THE LOCAL FLORIST TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD MAKE SURE THE FLOWER ARRANGMENT WAS PERFECT AND OFFERED HER CONDOLENCES TO OUR FAMILY.

NOW THAT'S A REAL PRO. DO YOUSELF A FAVOR AND USE THE PHONE TO CALL A LOCAL FLORIST AND SAVE TIME, MONEY AND AGGRAVATION.

We're sorry about the difficulty you had with our online order process. Unfortunately, specials offered on ProFlowers.com cannot be applied to orders placed through FloristExpress.net, our sister company, because the products on Florist Express are contracted through local florists and as such have to be sold at the prices agreed to by those florist shops.

Orders placed on ProFlowers.com are filled using fresh flowers obtained directly from the growers by ProFlowers, hand packed, and sent overnight to ensure fresh, beautiful flowers guaranteed to last at least a week. However, if your original ProFlowers.com order was supposed to receive a discount, and the site did not give it to you, we will always honor it.
