I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement a week before Mother's Day to be delivered the Saturday before Mother's Day.

I received a email message that my order was picked up by FedEx. Late Saturday, the day my order was supposed to be delivered, I received an email stating that my order would not be delivered due to an inventory issue.

What's going on here? Either explanation is not acceptable.

If there was an true inventory issue, they could have let me know earlier so I could make alternate arrangements.

How could FedEx receive the order and not deliver?

Yes, I'm pissed off
