Ordered flowers for my Mom for mother's day, got confirmation # then my credit card wasn't charged? So I called 800# they confirmed my order and it would be delivered on time, order never arrived!

They told me my order some how got canceled or deleted, I never did no such thing! Now my Mom has no flowers for mother's day! I'm a very disappointed customer .. all they had to do was, when order got deleted they should of let me know and I could of confirmed that no I didn't delete my order, and none of this would of happened!

I spent all day crying to my Mom, she deserves flowers on mother's day! They didn't even tell me they could deliver flowers tomorrow, I would of been good with that.
