I heard an advertisement on the radio station K103 for Proflowers.com, buy a 100 bloom bouquet for mothers day for $19.99. I went on line and purchase this bouquet with $12.99 standard shipping.

I confirmed my order total of $32.98. A few minutes later I received my email confirmation/receipt and to my surprise the total was incorrect! They charged me for $14.99 "guarenteed delievery" and $2.99 "care & handling" in addition to the $32.98. I tried to cancel the order but was informed that the order was not able to be canceled due to the busy season.

I complained to customer service and they offered $10 for my inconvience.

I told them I would accept the $17.98 that they over charged my credit card. I have reported them to Better Business Bureau.
